WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR PREPARING FOR THE WEEK AT CAMP…
PHONES:
There are no student phones allowed at camp but phones will be allowed on travel days. Phones and electronics will be labeled and stored at the arrival to camp and won’t be returned to the student until the drive home on the last day. This is to prevent theft, damage to devices, and distractions from the camp experience. You may call Kevin at 541.910.5159 or Xavier 541.805.1997 if you need to get a hold of your student during camp. Leave a message if we are not available.
MEDICATIONS:
Please send prescription drugs in the original container with proper dosage and usage inscribed. Please mark the student’s name with a permanent pen on all inhalers. Our nurses and medical team appreciate your attentiveness to these details so we can better ensure the health and safety of all students during camp.
