We will be taking middle schoolers up to Eagle Cove Camp on beautiful Triangle Lake!

Eagle Cove is located on Triangle Lake.
PHONES:
There are no student phones allowed at camp. Any electronics and phones brought on the travel to camp will be collected and stored and returned to student for the road trip home. This is to prevent theft and distractions for the camp experience. Our camp counselors will have phones for your child to use at any point to contact home. Please know that there is very limited cell service at Eagle Cove Camp.
MEDICATIONS:
Please send prescription drugs in the original container with proper dosage and usage inscribed. Please mark the student’s name with a permanent pen on all inhalers. Our nurses and medical team appreciate your attentiveness to these details so we can better ensure the health and safety of all students during camp.
“FORMAL NIGHT”
Students will have the option to dress up in formal attire for dinner one evening. This experience will involve a more elegant dining experience including red carpet, appetizers, photobooth, etc. No student is required to wear formal attire. Any formal attire worn is optional.
WAIVER AND BALANCE DUE:
Students will not be able to attend camp without a signed and fully completed waiver. Check with Campus Life Director for camp balance due.
**What to Bring**
□ Suitcase or bag labeled with student’s name and EOYFC with the following:
□ Sleeping bag
□ Pillow
□ Flashlight
□ Toiletries (soap, shampoo, tooth paste, etc.)
□ Warm weather clothing for five days
□ Sweatshirt and pants or other warm clothing for night activities
□ Sandals for showers/waterfront
□ Long sleeve clothes/pants and closed toe shoes for paintball.
□ 2 towels (for the beach and showers)
□ Modest swimsuit and attire
□ Spending money for camp store to purchase snacks, apparel, etc. (All $$ will be turned in at the camp store. Remaining funds will be given back to students at the end of the week.)
□ Rain jacket (Just in case)
□ Optional formal attire for "Formal Night"
□ 1 or 2 dark outfits for night activities
□ 1 outfit that can get very dirty – including shoes
□ A T-shirt for Tie Die if desired. Campus Life shirts will also be available for purchase.
□ Labeled medication – all meds (prescription and over the counter) will be turned in to the camp infirmary. Exceptions to this rule include inhalers, epi-pens, etc. Please label all meds with camper name.
**Please Do Not Bring**
× Don’t bring fireworks, illegal drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, weapons
× Please don’t bring foul language and abusive/lewd behavior.
× We ask students not to wear string bikinis or other revealing swimwear. We are happy to provide a t-shirt to those students that don’t have any other swimsuit options. Talk to your Campus Life Director if you have any questions or concerns.
